Arrived with broken rear mudguard. Customer support ordered new one ASAP

Bicycle arrived after 14 days in good condition except rear mudguard that was broken. I sent email next day with photos to customer support. They responded right away and ordered a replacement. Overall position experience.

Kaufte das E Bike hauptsächlich für die Kinderbeförderung. Für diesen Zweck ist es eigentlich fast perfekt. Durch den tiefen Schwerpunkt fährt man mit dem auf dem Gepäckträger (sehr stabil) montierten Kindersitz sehr sicher. Die kleineren Reifen und der Tiefeinstieg tragen wesentlich dazu bei.
Zu bemängeln gibt es die mechanischen Bremsen( bei Gefälle zu schwach, vor allem für kleine Frauenhände) und die Geländereifen (Stollenreifen-viel zu laut und energiefressend).
Beides wurde von mir umgerüstet(Shimano hydraulisch und normale Asphaltreifen), wer fährt ein solches Bike in schwerem Gelände ???
Aber für diesen Preis bekommt man halt nicht die eierlegende Wollmichsau.
Reichweite ist ok, Power in kleinen Steigungen ist auch ok, sollte aber nicht mit einem E Mountainbike verwechselt werden !!!!
Nach den Modifikationen ist es jetzt für meinen Zweck perfekt.

Selbst im Internet ist nichts vernünftiges zu finden. Der Hersteller ist scheinbar nicht in der Lage eine verständliche Anleitung ins Netz zu stellen, sehr schade.

Bicycle arrived after 14 days in good condition except rear mudguard that was broken. I sent email next day with photos to customer support. They responded right away and ordered a replacement. Overall position experience.
