My experience with Pogo Cycles was mixed, but overall ended positively.

I ordered a Fiido D3 Pro through the Cycle to Work scheme. The main challenge was stock availability and constantly changing delivery dates, which caused quite a bit of confusion and delays. Communication could definitely have been clearer and more consistent at the beginning.

That said, once everything was clarified, Pogo Cycles followed through. The bike was eventually delivered to me in Poland, and although the helmet arrived separately and a bit later, it was also delivered as paid for.

Customer support stayed in contact and resolved the issues, and in the end I received exactly what I ordered.

The Fiido D3 Pro itself is a great little bike — compact, practical, and ideal for city commuting.

I would recommend Pogo Cycles, but with the advice that customers should expect possible delays if a product is on preorder and ask for clear confirmations upfront.

Pogo sports certainly knows their bikes and sells at a good price. their commitment to your ride being an ultimate experience is paramount. Being helpful in anyway possible.
The factory settings on my ride is a balance of great torque balance and speed. The ride on road and off-road is very smooth. I tested the forty five degree hill climb, rather a wet slushy bank onto the road. My bike was like a tank climbing this five foot hedge. I could notice more torque being applied to the front wheel whilst the back was like an anchor.
I like the option when in single motor drive. Personally when I have the dog frame on front wheel drive is good. I

n addition I have bought a seat for the back rest for my wife. Hoping I can encourage her to buy one.. going off into the countryside's fishing and picnics. At the moment I'm changing parts so it will look like and act like a scrambler.. the only thing I moan about my ride is the front light. Unless it's pitch black can't see much. I bout a bar that connects to the handlebars and added a very strong rechargeable from temu total cost about 10 euro. Compared to my bike it's peanut. A bike like a Harley and a bit like a mountain bike trail blazer. This ranride is the base of any preference best of all it's a good price with potential.

Great piece of kit for the price. Suspension takes the bumps out of most roads. All in all a very good package. Looking forward to them integrating a torque sensor to future models - even if it costs a bit more. Pogo are excellent to deal with. Nice to have an Irish agent to work through. I would recommend the bike. Lots of power. Probably more suitable to a larger person. I'm 6'2"/14 stone.

I bought a bike for my husband for Xmas, I couldn't wait 3 months to give it to him and gave it as an early present, he's delighted with it. He doesn't have to waste fuel on the car to pop to the shops, it was delivered very quickly after I ordered it and it was an easy process.

After doing a lot of searching and reading I decided on getting the f20 master and after a month of using it I have no regrets. The bike came well packaged and was setup in 15 minutes. The quality of the bike is really good had squeaky rear brakes for the first week or so but knew they were just bedding in all good now Battery is true to what fafrees say got 140 km on a full charge my commute is 30 km daily with a lot of hills and the bike just glides up them effortlessly. Only downside to the bike for me is the saddle which isn't the most comfortable but overall I'm really pleased with my f20 master and would recommend

Just purchased the Philodo H8 for my son through thr bike to work scheme. The whole process was flawless with Pogo cycles, constant communication and up to date tracking when product was shipped. My son can't believe the quality of bike he has and as we live in the country he now has his independence to travel the 8 km to and from town with no battery issues.

I received the E Bike today. I'm so happy. I haven't opened it yet. But from the last engwe pro 2 I bought and sold to up grade to engwe L20. I'm back to my first purchase model. No I'm the proud owner of 2 beasts of electric bikes. Thank you Pogo cylyles for yer great service.

The bike was delivered within a week. The manager Harry was veryhelpful in placing tha order and thank you very much for that.

Great little runaround.A bit small for me at 6ft to use pedal assisted .Motor is powerful at 250 watt makes it street legal.Ce certified:14 Working days from payment to delivery.
