Burchda Warranty Overview
At Burchda, we stand by the quality of our products. Our warranty policy ensures peace of mind, covering key components against manufacturing defects and performance issues.
1. Frame
Warranty Period: 2 years
Coverage: Deformation, breakage, and natural welding open.
Not Covered: Corrosion, paint fade, scratches, impact marks, impact damage, and non-reversible modifications like drilling or welding.
2. Battery
Warranty Period: 1 year
Coverage: Inability to charge, detachment of charging port, and battery leakage.
3. Motor
Warranty Period: 2 years
Coverage: Short circuit, open circuit, abnormal noise, missing phase or burned coil, demagnetization or detachment of magnet steel, axle deformation, axle fracture, short driving distance or weakness, and damage or deformation of the outer ring due to material failure.
4. Minor Component Warranty
Warranty Period: 2 years for all minor components, including bottom bracket, brakes (excluding brake pads), controller, crankset, flywheel, folding riser, frame, front fork, gear lever, handlebar and horizontal tube, LCD display (excluding water damage), lights, pedals, seat post, standpipe, throttle, transmission, wheel hub and rims, and wiring harness.
Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty):
Accidents, abuse, or misuse.
Stunt riding, racing, or improper storage.
Exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt.
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) unless caused by Burchda.
Altered or removed serial number or barcode.
Ordinary wear and tear.
Use of unapproved accessories or peripherals. Improper assembly, maintenance, repair, or adjustment.
External causes (e.g., collision, fire, flooding, theft, lightning, weather).
